鄧小蠻幸福人生

This lesson is like the previous one. It is about being aware of what really attracts me the most. Am I listening for miracles, peace, and love, or am I listening for stories, turmoil, and fear? I can make a choice to listen either to my Spirit or to my ego. At every moment today, I am aware of which one I am listening to and I refuse to listen to ego. Today, I notice what I hear.

這課程像之前的課程一樣，那是有關覺知什麼東西最能吸引我的注意。我聽到的是奇蹟嗎？平靜嗎？愛嗎？還是聽到八卦？混亂？或是恐懼？我能夠做出決定去聽到我的靈性或是聽到小我的聲音。在今天的每個時刻，我知道哪一個是我正在聽的，並且我拒絕聆聽小我。今日，我留意我聽到了什麼。
