The Chinese believe we each have five great blessings:
happiness, health, virtue, peace, and longevity.
Focus on these blessings this week.
On Monday, bring happiness to yourself and family.
On Tuesday, eat especially healthily, and exercise for at least twenty minutes.
On Wednesday, make an effort to spread kindness.
On Thursday, meditate on peace.
On Friday, give thanks for all this wealth that brings the fifth blessing--Longevity.
