This lesson is about knowing and understanding that giving and receiving are the same thing. It is just as joyous to give as it is to receive. It is just as joyous to receive, as it is to give. When I receive joyously, the giver is healed by doing his or her function of making a contribution to me. When I give joyously, I am healed by doing my function of making a contribution to another. Today, I give as I receive.

懂得並理解付出與接受為相同的事情。歡喜付出與歡喜接受是同等重要的。當我快樂地接受的同時，給予者正因他對我所做的事而獲得療癒；當我快樂地給予時，我也會因我對別人所貢獻之事而獲得療癒。今日，我付出等同於我所接受。
