Today, I thank God for all that I am. Regardless of what my life looks like at this time, I know that every experience is occurring exactly the way that it is supposed to, for my highest good. I give thanks for it. I continue on to each new experience, knowing that it is better than the one before, because I now have a greater understanding of who I am. God is now in control of my life and I am very thankful. Today, I thank God.

今日，我為我所有的一切感謝上主。不論目前我的生活看起來像什麼樣子，我知道每一個經驗的發生都是恰好的方式，並為了我的最高利益。我感謝它。我繼續每一個新的經驗，知道它們都是比先前更好的，因為我現在對於我是誰有最佳的了解。現在是上主在管理我的生活並且我非常的感激。今日，我感謝上主。
