Because I know that my ego always jumps in first to react to occurrences in my life, I need to pause and allow Spirit (love) to come through me before responding to any situation. When I respond from Spirit, a result is produced that is beneficial to me and to everyone else. I pause, let go of my initial ego-oriented reaction, clear my mind, and ask for guidance. I receive guidance and act upon it. Today, I pause before I react.

在反應之前先暫停

因為我知道，我的小我總是在第一時間對發生在我的生命中之事作反應。我需要在對任何情境反應之前先暫停，讓靈性 (愛) 進入我。當我藉由靈性來反應，才會產生對我與其他人都有益的結果。我暫停，讓初始被小我所定位的反應離開，清理我的心智並且要求指引。我接受這個指引並用它來行動。今天，我在反應之前先暫停。
