鄧小蠻幸福人生

This lesson is about being aware that whatever I see is only a small part of the whole picture.

Because I cannot see the whole picture, usually what I think is good for me is not, and what I think will hurt me is actually helpful. I open myself to the knowledge that I do not need to take a chance on being right or wrong, because my own best interest is what is always being served in my life. Today, I begin to recognize my own best interest.

知曉所有我看到的東西，都只是全圖像的一小部份。

因為我無法看到全圖像，所以通常我所認為目前對我有益的並非絕然如此，以及我所認為會傷害我的卻是真正地對我有幫助的。因為我的最佳利益是 (了解) 那些總是存在我生命中的林林總總，所以我敞開我自己去了解這全部的知識，使我不需要用碰運氣的方式來判斷我是對是錯。今天，我開始覺察屬於我自己的最佳利益。
